Freeflow CSAE Policy Statement

As developers of Freeflow, we are committed to maintaining a safe, secure, and respectful environment for all users, particularly minors. We adhere to a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) content, and we are fully committed to preventing such material from appearing within our app.

We explicitly prohibit the following types of content and behavior in Freeflow:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any content that depicts or promotes the sexual abuse, exploitation, or mistreatment of minors is strictly forbidden.
• Inappropriate Content in Child-Specific Features: If our app is intended for children or families, it will not include or promote sexual, explicit, or otherwise inappropriate content.
• Grooming or Predatory Behavior: Any behavior, interactions, or communication within the app that facilitates grooming, manipulation, or exploitation of minors is explicitly banned. This includes the use of chat functions, messaging tools, or social features to target or exploit children.
• User-Generated Content (UGC): We do not permit user-generated content that violates the above policies. All user-uploaded material is subject to review and moderation to prevent CSAE content.

To ensure compliance with our zero-tolerance stance on CSAE, we employ the following measures:

• Content Review: We continuously monitor and review all content uploaded by users, including images, videos, text, and other forms of communication, to ensure they comply with this policy.
• Automated Filters and Reporting Tools: We implement automated content filtering tools and provide users with easy-to-use reporting mechanisms to flag inappropriate or suspicious content. Reports will be reviewed promptly by our team.

We encourage all users to report any content that may violate this policy. If you encounter any inappropriate, abusive, or exploitative content, please use the built-in reporting tools within the app. Our team will respond promptly and take appropriate action, including the removal of content and suspension of accounts involved in CSAE-related activities.

Any violation of this CSAE policy will result in serious consequences:

• Immediate Removal of Content: Any material found to be in violation will be removed immediately.
• Account Suspension or Termination: Users or developers found to be engaging in or facilitating CSAE content will have their accounts or developer access suspended or permanently terminated.
• Reporting to Authorities: In cases of severe violations, we will cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies and relevant child protection organizations to ensure appropriate legal actions are taken.
